Who's really saying what? bloggers spread the rumors

All might not be sunshine and roses for John Lloyd Cruz and sweetheart Shaina Magdayao. For the past couple of weeks, rumors have spread of the alleged “vaginal captivus” that stuck said couple. But is this really true? Family members, Close friends and ABS-CBN continue to denies the rumors saying that it is a malicious attempt to ruin their reputation. “Supposed” staff at St. Lukes says otherwise, saying they have evidence and even medical records to prove that something did transpire between the two. Who is truly right? As of now we can't tell, but one thing is certain - professionalism. Is something like this even supposed to be talked about right now? Why would the “staff” exclaim that they have proof and all the while delving in to the personal lives of the couple? Even if said issue was true, people have no business releasing information to the public. ABS-CBN denying the rumors (even if it may be true) shows that even if it is media it is careful in dealing with delicate information. Some things are just better left unsaid.

The following is a compilation of some blogs about this issue:

Acid's post in Pinoy Gossip Boy's blog,  September 10:
"Actually... Nangyari 'to.. Yung Boss ko dito sa office ay may pinsan na Doktor sa St. Lukes Taguig, yung mga kaibigan nyang Doktor ang humawak sa kaso nila John Lloyd and Shaina kaninang madaling araw... No need for names... I spoke to the Doktor himself.. wehehehehehe"

Krempuff7's post in Mykiru Isyusero's blog, September 10:
"its true that couple brought 2 st. lukes hospital coz i sow them may kasama pang 3 maids kadiri yahh actually nakapatong with their blanket"

Norhubez's post in Pinoy Exchange, September 11:
"guys i was duty in ER during that time, i saw shaina n jhon lloyd, wrap in blanket, pero that time nde pa nmin sure kung ano ang *******, we were thinking na nag tatago lang sila sa media, the only thing is magkaharap sila pero that time nde namin masyadong pinansin, then rumor started to spread na it was a case of vaginismus, we started laughing, kasi hirap paniwalaan, naka usap ko *** doctor na tumingin sa kanila, he smiled at me when i asked him about the rumor, but he never told me directly na ganun na nga nangyari, when i looked back, i think totoo *** tsismis, when i saw both of them mejo stressed **** sila, and we are all convinced na totoo tong tsismis na to, base dun sa way na pumasok sila ng hospital na magkaharap na my kumot pang nakabalot"

Christine's post in OneScoop blog site, September 15:
"last friday my mother told me he saw john lloyd cruz ,vina morales, diether ocampo in st.lukes and am just smiling because am not already familiar in the issue bcos i dont' have free period to watching television until my classmates told me now about the malicious issuue of the couple john lloyd and shaina i was shocked in the issue =("

Star Magic denies John Lloyd-Shaina controversy

ABS-CBN contested against the controversy their talents, John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao, are facing.
Rumors say that two weeks ago, the two artists are alleged to be rushed to St. Luke’s hospital due to a medical condition called “vaginus captivus”.
According to the book of Robert Taylor entitled White coat tales: medicine's heroes, heritage and misadventures, Penis Captivus happens when, during a heterosexual intercourse, the genital of the girls clamps down and the penis cannot be withdrawn regardless of the erection status.
The occurrence is very rare that many medical professionals believe the condition is non-existent, Wikipedia added.
Star Magic indicated than on the day the controversial event happened, Magdayao was taping for “Precious Hearts Romances present Alyna,” and Cruz was shooting for “Imortal”, his upcoming teleserye with Angel Locsin.
Quoting an insider in the hospital, “The Buzz” also reported that the hospital has not recorded any incident involving the couple.
The 2 also attended the annual Star Magic Ball in Makati without any trace of worry, the report noted.

Rumors spread like wildfire about two real-life celebrity sweethearts being rushed to the hospital literally “stuck” with each other. Blind items, text messages, blogs and emails about this two filled almost every media there is. The said couple was rumored to have undergone a medical term called “coitus captivus” that makes a woman’s vagina close making the man’s penis unable to get out from it.

"Hindi mahugot-hugot: Sikat na young couple, magkapatong na isinugod sa ospital?!"

This was headline of the first blind item of the issue. Few weeks after several blind items were published before it was the couple’s identities were blurted out.

it that John Lloyd and Shaina rushed to the St. Luke’s Medical Center wrapping themselves in a blanket because when they were at the pinnacle of their sexual union. Coitus or vaginal captivus is a rare medical condition is highly debatable as true as others classify it as a Medical Urban Legend while others swear of its existence.

The issue started out when the blind-item writer Ruben Marasigan, he said the first time he heard about it was "August 25" from a production team of the “other” station.

The following week, the story was reported by TV5's daily showbiz talk show Juicy, where senior host Cristy Fermin actually added clues.

By this time, the muted conversations had grown louder, especially on the Internet, where the names of John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao were finally mentioned in bold letters.

Until now, a lot of investigations were being made about this issue.
